Therapeutic Drama Workshop
for Jewish Adults
Building Connection. Finding Belonging. Being Fully Seen.
There are moments when it's easier to stay quiet than explain yourself again.
When you're longing for community but aren't sure where you'll find it.
When you want to connect with others who simply get it.
This 8-week therapeutic drama workshop offers a welcoming space for Jewish adults to explore connection, belonging, and self-expression through creativity, movement, and shared experience.
No acting experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.

What is Drama Therapy?
Drama therapy blends creative expression with personal growth. Through theater games, improvisation, role play, storytelling, and other embodied practices, participants are invited to explore relationships, emotions, identity, and resilience in a supportive group setting.
This isn't about performing for an audience. It's about discovering new ways to connect with yourself and with others.
Is this group for you?
This workshop was created for Jewish adults who may be experiencing:
Feeling misunderstood or isolated
The exhaustion of constantly explaining yourself
A longing for meaningful community
A desire to feel more connected in a safe, welcoming space
If any of that resonates, you are warmly invited to join us.
What you can expect
Over eight weekly sessions, you'll have opportunities to:
Build authentic connections with other Jewish adults
Explore emotions through creative and experiential activities
Practice new ways of relating to yourself and others
Strengthen confidence, self-awareness, and resilience
Experience laughter, reflection, and moments of genuine connection
Every activity is thoughtfully facilitated, and participation is always invited, not forced.
Meaningful connection often begins with one small step. If you're ready to experience community in a new way, we'd love to welcome you into this group.
